RETURN POLICY
We do not make returns after received in accordance. In the case of an exception, a credit note will be issued , call us first to confirm it applies.
Changes must be made within the first 2 hours of receiving the item.
You must review the merchandise upon receipt to verify that there is no damage or breakage in it to avoid inconvenience. To receive the items, they must be in perfect condition. The shipping costs for changes requested by the customer will be covered by it.
Discounted or special merchandise has no changes or returns. If you have any questions about a product contact us with the name of the product and if possible a photo of the desired item.

Shipping outside the city (Santo Domingo) vía Metropac, etc: 2-3 days = RD $ 200.00
Shipping in Santo Domingo: 1 day = RD $ 200.00.
You can pick up your order at our meeting point.
